I’m driven by continuous long-term growth and the challenge of strategising how to achieve it, both for the brands we work with and for BAW itself.

As a junior SEO/PPC Specialist I do a range of tasks at BAW, from website design to Shopify builds and blog content.
Seeing client’s ideas come to life through a website and how SEO supports their business growth really motivates me.

My role combines networking to find clients BAW can make a difference and impact to. As well as being another point of contact for our clients, helping with any questions, managing projects progression within our team and ultimately ensuring everyone's happy.
A little cliche but seeing our clients reactions and hearing what a difference BAW has made to their business.

I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades at BAW, dipping into everything from SEO and PPC to my main love: planning and designing email campaigns for all our clients.
Results motivate me, I find it fascinating looking at how something I've planned/designed works in real life. Seeing real time engagement & conversions coming in never gets old.

I've been to every country in Europe (mainly on weekends while working full time, annual leave hates to see me coming).

I’m a Brand & Content Designer. I work across identity, web, photography and film, which mostly means I sit between strategy and execution and make sure ideas don’t fall apart when they become real.
I like turning ideas and concepts into clear stories. I’m motivated by work that has meaning, a bit of intelligence behind it, and doesn’t assume the audience needs everything explained twice.
Fun fact:
I once created a viral meme. It was all downhill from there.
